DAER SKOOB

This performance follows a teacher and pupil as they rediscover the written word. Set in a modern society where the status of books and the public library system are more and more under threat, this work makes a dramatic visual statement with its landscape of torn pages. In this strangely beautiful environment the large cast fly, slide and jump through the space, representing the way our imaginations are sparked into life by a great book. All set to a quirky soundtrack that is fun and surprising.
