This unique event curated by Tony Adigun, showcases some of the finest dancers and crews in the country, and provides them with a platform to ‘show and prove’ new work of many genres to a packed out audience.
Avant Garde produces each event in partnership with local promoters and acts as an audience development and engagement initiative for communities to come together and celebrate dance. Show & Prove has been presented at Rich Mix and Broadway Theatre in Barking, London and in 2018 is going national.
